What's always included
Regardless of which package you choose, these come as standard. No extras, no surprises.
Good to know before you book
We keep things simple and fair. Please read these carefully — they protect you, your guests, and our team.
- Provide everything on your package list as described
- Allow self-decoration — the space is yours to dress as you like
- Serve your guests professionally at our licensed bar
- Manage the event with safety and fun equally in mind
- Respect your celebration and protect your guests
- Provide a full clean-up — leave it entirely to us
- We do not decorate — self-decoration only, your creativity welcome
- No external food is permitted on the premises
- No external drinks, soft or alcoholic, are permitted
- All drinks must be supplied and served by The Grange Venue only
- Breach of T&Cs will result in forfeiture of your deposit
How we manage your event
Our job is to make your night brilliant, safe, and respectful to everyone involved — guests, staff, and neighbours alike.
Premises Licence
We hold a full premises licence, giving us the legal authority to sell alcohol. This protects you, your guests, and our team — it's a privilege we take seriously.
We Decide Who We Serve
To protect everyone on the premises, our licensed staff have the final say on alcohol service. If we are not satisfied for any reason, we will not serve. No exceptions.
Community Responsibility
We want your party to be fun and safe — and we want to respect our local residents too. Event management is central to what we do, not an afterthought.

Book your food directly via Chef de la Maison. Enter delivery address "The Grange Venue, Charlotte Way, PE3 9ES", choose your delivery time, and pay at checkout. Your order is automatically confirmed and delivered exactly when you need it. Disposable plates and napkins included.
