The Chef de la Maison Academy CIC was founded by Nathan Higgins to help 16–24 year olds in Peterborough discover skills, confidence, and career paths they didn't know were possible.
We believe in grass roots, sport, and professional development working together. Our Academy sits right at the heart of Peterborough — inside Café Chef de la Maison at Allia Future Business Centre, next to Peterborough United FC — because we think opportunity should be accessible.
