How to book
your event

Five simple steps from first call to confirmed date. We've made it straightforward — because planning your celebration should be the easy part.

The Booking Process

From enquiry to event day

Get in touch with us

Reach us by phone or WhatsApp. Tell us your preferred date, the type of event, and the package you're interested in. We'll check availability and talk you through everything.

Receive your booking reference & payment link

Once we've confirmed availability, we'll send you a unique booking reference and a secure payment link. This is how you hold your date.

Your booking reference is your confirmation number — keep it safe. You'll need it for all future communications about your event.

Pay your £50 security deposit

A £50 security deposit is required via secure payment link to officially reserve your date. This is what locks in your booking.

Important: The £50 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. It exists to protect the venue and ensure commitment from all hirers.
Deposit refund: Your £50 will be refunded to you within 14 days after your event, once an inspection report has been filed by our DPS Event Manager confirming the premises have been left in good order.

Read our Terms & Conditions

Before your booking is confirmed, please read our Terms & Conditions in full. Understanding and agreeing to our terms is a condition of hire — not optional.

Breach of our terms will result in loss of your deposit. Please read, understand, and respect them — they protect you, your guests, our team, and the community around us.

Pay your remaining balance

Your full event balance must be settled on or before 30 days prior to your event date. We'll remind you ahead of the deadline.

No balance = no confirmed booking. Ensure payment is made in full by the 30-day deadline to guarantee your event goes ahead without issue.

Refundable deposit

Paid upfront to secure your date. Non-refundable on cancellation. Returned to you within 14 days after your event following a clear inspection report from our DPS Event Manager.

Full balance deadline

Your remaining event balance must be paid in full on or before 30 days before your event date. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in your booking being cancelled.

Our T&Cs cover everything from alcohol service and guest conduct to deposit conditions and event management. By proceeding with a booking, you are agreeing to our terms in full. We strongly encourage every hirer to read them carefully. Respect our premises, our team, and our community — and we'll make sure your event is one to remember.
